The Modulations were formed in Philadelphia, U.S.A., although they originated from Jacksonville, Florida, U.S.A. They worked with the mainstay of the city's 'Philly sound' musicians/arrangers/producers including Norman Harris and M.F.S.B. during the mid-70's. This set was remastered at Battery Studio's New York by Sony's Sean Brennan.
