Florida born singer L.J. Waiters began his career as an opening act for Lloyd Price and recorded his first single, “Baby Who's Been Foolin' You” b/w “Why Must A Man Be A Fool” in 1969 for the Unity label. This rare soul 45 is presented here, newly remastered.
